More then just a fillet board, when it comes to controlling messes in the kitchen it's fantastic! No more worry about spreading germs and bacteria when cutting up raw chicken, pork or turkey. All the juices stay in the board's bottom area and are easily taken to the sink or dishwasher for cleanup. Conventional cutting boards end up letting those juices get all over your counter tops making cleanup more difficult. Kitchen uses don't stop there. It's a great rack for letting the grease drip off of bacon, fried veggies, fish fillets or chicken.
