Fillet King Fishing Guides Program

The program is designed to help market guides' services in their local area and to provide an additional source of revenue to the professional guide through Fillet King® Product Sales.

Fillet King® Products are distributed through Dexter Distribution Company Inc throughout NORTH AMERICA. One of the revenue streams is through direct retail sales at sports and fishing shows where the product is demonstrated by filleting pan fish during the entire show. We will use local guides and professsional fishermen to do the filleting demonstrations allowing them to use our "stage" to show their techniques while explaining their guiding services to the crowd. (We provide mirrored fillet table, PA system,boards, fish, fillet knives, and brochures {provided by the guide} for handout to the crowd.)

We register the guide as one of our Master Filleters and post his/her name and guide service on our web site and provide credentials including a Master (or Grand Master) Certificate and Membership Card into the Master Filleter's Group.

We will set up a wholesale level account for the guide so that he may sell products at retail pricing to his clients as the opportunity arises. Quantity discount programs for guides for personalized product sales is part of the program.

We will also provide inventory for established guide owned accounts for local shows that they participate in so that payment for goods sold is made after the show with show revenues. Call for details:

Make Filleting Pay You

As a registered fishing guide someone better be catching fish!!

Many fillet the catch for their clients at the end of the day. Shame on you if you charge them for the service. A safe bet is that your clients watch you clean the catch for a couple of reasons; one is that they want to see how it is done, another is that they want to pick up tips they can use at home when they have to do the cleaning. In short, YOU HAVE THEIR ATTENTION!

Why not use that opportunity to make a nice add-on sale and pocket some extra money whenever you fillet fish? Plain and Simple----Our product sells like crazy when it is demonstrated! Just come to a show and see us demonstrate and watch the sales. We get to demonstrate at shows in front of strangers, you get to demonstrate all the time in front of someone who you know, who knows you, and whose fish are being filleted. Do the math, how many fish did you fillet last year? How much did you make doing it? Call us.

By the way, if you do corporate outings, events, and handle lots of bookings in advance, what an opportunity to include the product with your fee. How I would do it.............

I would sell the product to my clients and bank the profit for the first couple of dozen customers. I would then expand into twin packs and maybe a family pack along with the single board. I would then bank those profits until I could order custom bags at minimum order level (25) with my name and logo on them. I would sell any future single boards covered with my custom bag advertising my services everytime that customer cleaned his fish.

I would be all over my corporate and outing customers to buy custom COVERED fillet boards for their business THROUGH MY GUIDE SERVICE.

Each and everyone of their custom bags would have MY LOGO in the corner of their bag. Now, that is marketing my guide services!
