We go on the road during the Mid-West show season where we demonstrate our product and hold Fillet KingŪ Sanctioned Filleting Events. Typically we demonstrate with perch, blue gill, crappies, walleye, and an occassional Northern Pike all during show hours. We also teach popular filleting methods and dress trout caught from the show trout ponds for the youngsters (while they listen to a short lecture on the benefits of fish in their diet!). We are often used by the show promoters as one of their featured attractions and attract crowds all during the show.
